Pro-Tech IT provides web design and web hosting services. We are an Australian based business, located in Melbourne, Victoria.

Our business focuses on providing the best value for money solutions and top level customer service. We believe that if we look after the customer in terms of pricing and provide a high level of customer service, then we will be able to forge a long lasting relationship with you, the customer.

Our Experience

Our technical support staff are qualified systems engineers with years of experience supporting both Linux and Windows operating environments.

We employ qualified graphic designers and web developers with skills across all web scripting and programming languages.

All of our staff are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service.

Customer Support

Providing a high level of customer service is important to us. Not only do we provide excellent customer support but we go one step further - we provide you with a customer care team ready to assist should any issue need escalation. We pride ourselves on our culture of customer orientation and understand that you and your needs are our business. Customer support is provided by three options:

Email Support - Available between Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. We endeavour to return every custromer email within one hour of being received by us.

Online Support - Available between Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Phone Support - Available 24 / 7. One of our technical team are always available for urgent support needs.

For every support request, a support ticket will be raised so that you can track progress and escalate your request as required.

Service Level Agreements

Every web hosting plan provided by Pro-Tech IT is backed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA). An SLA guarantees service uptimes, availability and performance and ultimately reliability. Please view our Service Level Agreement for more information.
